Casa Montale and Casa Sofia offer holiday accommodation (June-September) in beautifully restored rural villas.
Both 3-bedroom houses and are set in their own private grounds with views across open countryside beyond.
Ancona province, in the Marche region of Italy’s Adriatic coast, offers a host of activities to appeal to a wide range of interests and ages.
Unspoilt scenery, historic architecture, art, local wines, fresh food and shopping are all within easy reach.
Casa Montale
Restored family farmhouse with 3 first floor (upstairs) bedrooms set in professionally landscaped gardens. Sole use of the private pool.

The fortified hamlet of Montale, with a church and convent within its walls, is a 5 minute walk away.
The local vineyard and cantina www.broccanera.it on the edge of Montale supplies local wines and oils.
The small town of Serra de Conti, which has the nearest supermarket and a variety of local shops, is 2/3 km (5mins) away.
Casa Sofia
This converted barn sits across the valley in Piticchio, less than 10 minutes walk away.
Arranged over 2 floors, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is a 8x3m out of ground pool set within the detached grounds.

Piticchio has cobbled streets and is home to one of the castles of Arcevia.
The villa [Casa Montale] was perfect. Nice property with a lot of character set in a beautiful valley, with a lot of privacy. The pool is fantastic. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
